10:00 - 11:20 AM - Building a Structure for Organizational Excellence Program (Speaker: Ben Kniffen, Owner/Advisor, Lushin)
Description: Organizational excellence begins with people. This session explores how creating a culture of behavioral accountability strengthens leadership, improves team performance, and aligns daily actions with organizational values. Participants will learn practical strategies for establishing clear expectations, fostering ownership, and building an environment where accountability drives trust, collaboration, and long-term success.

Summer Meeting Registration Fee - After August 10:  $325.00 - Members / $175.00 - Spouses/Guests.
Members who register for the Summer Meeting by Friday, July 31, 2026, will receive an ACEC Missouri bag with sunglasses, lip balm, sunscreen, 2 koozies, and a power bank, but you MUST register by July 31st (while supplies last). The earlybird deadline to register to get a reduced rate for the meeting is Monday, August 10, 2026. To register for the meeting, click here.
