Earlybird Registration Fee (register by Oct. 23): Members - $235.00; Spouses/Guests - $100.00
Late Registration Fee (register after Oct. 23): Members - $285.00; Spouses/Guests - $150.00
SPORTING CLAYS TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION:
To register for the 4th Annual Sporting Clays Tournament, click here. The deadline to register is Thursday, October 23, 2025. Details for payment are listed on the registration form. You have the option to make your payment to ACECMO/PAC (state ) or ACEC/PAC (national).

To make your sleeping room reservation, call 573-875-8888 to get our room rate of $172.00++ for a standard room or $204.00++ for a suite. The deadline to reserve your sleeping room is Thursday, October 9, 2025.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Cancellation Policy: Full registration will be refunded if written notification is received on or before October 24, 2025. No refunds will be granted after this date, however, substitutions are welcome.
Recommended Attire: Dress code for the business meetings is business casual. The dress code for the reception and is casual.
