Description: our First Look at Missouri’s Local Government Project Pipeline. ACEC Missouri, in partnership with the Missouri Municipal League and the Missouri Association of Counties, invites you to connect with local leaders and gain early insight into upcoming infrastructure and capital projects across Missouri.

1:00-3:00 PM - CEO Roundtable Discussions for Small/Medium & Medium/Large Firms - Small/Medium: 1-75 employees; Medium/Large: 76+ employees (2.0 PDHs)
Description:  The purpose of this program is to discuss business practice issues in a roundtable format. Discussion will include areas such as liability, profitability, ownership, human resources, business development, information technology, etc. (We will split into 2 groups by firm size in separate rooms for this discussion.)

Description: ACEC Coalitions provide opportunities to join other industry experts organized by practice area to learn, lead and set national priorities for ACEC. Recent changes allow all members to join coalitions and this presentation will share how to do that, as well as discuss the differences between a Committee and a Coalition at the national level.

Description: She will give a national perspective on what other states are doing to move from gas taxes to alternative funding methods for road and bridge infrastructure.

Description:  Hear about the future of data centers and what engineering companies can do to help promote them.
12:00-1:00 PM - Lunch Program on Engineering Talent Economics: Benefits That Drive Retention and Firm Value (.50 PDH) - Speaker: Lydia R. Zabrycki, Vice President, Client Engagement, ACEC Retirement Trust
Description:  What the new generation of engineering professionals seek in employment offers and employee benefits. In today’s competitive engineering industry, benefits are no longer just an HR function—they’re a business strategy that can be leveraged as a strategic business tool to retain talent, control costs, and differentiate engineering firms in a competitive market. This session will cover what employees really want, how benefits impact retention and costs, and how smart firms are using employee-focused programs to gain a competitive edge.

CONFERENCE HOTEL:  All events will be held at the Branson Convention Center, 200 S. Sycamore Street, Branson, MO 65616.
SLEEPING ROOMS:  We have a block of sleeping rooms set up at Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing, 3 Branson Landing, Branson, MO 65616. To make your sleeping room reservation at the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing, you can book online to get our group rate of $199.00++, or you call 417-336-5500 and refer to our group code of ACEC26 to get our rate. The deadline to reserve your sleeping room is Friday, May 8, 2026. Cancellation Policy:  Full registration will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee, if written notification is received on or before May 27th. No refunds will be granted after this date, however, substitutions are welcome.

Recommended Attire:  Meetings are business casual. Receptions and dinners are casual.
