ACEC/MO's 2026 Winter Meeting & Awards Banquet is scheduled for March 4-6, 2026, at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark in St. Louis, MO. Below is the agenda, hotel information, registration information, dress code and sponsors.
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 4, 2026
3:30 PM - Tour of St. Louis Cardinals Busch Stadium (optional - limit of 40 people)
Description: Take a stroll in the ballpark with a Cardinals tour staff member to enjoy some of the best views Busch Stadium has to offer. We'll also go behind the scenes to see the engineering behind it all.
6:00 PM - Reception for Sustaining Partners Program (SPP) Sponsors ONLY (Location: Penthouse, One Cardinal Way - separate registration will be sent to SPP sponsors)

12:00-1:00 PM - Lunch Program (Speaker: Mayor Cara Spencer, City of St. Louis - invited) - .50 PDH
1:15-3:15 PM - CEO Roundtable - Small/Medium Firms (1-75 employees) & Medium/Large Firms (76+ employees) - 2.0 PDHs
Description: The purpose of this program is to discuss issues of interest with your peers in a roundtable format. Discussion will include areas such as business practices, liability, profitability, ownership, human resources, business development, information technology, etc.
5:45-7:00 PM - Awards Reception (We are putting together a silent auction for the reception. Be looking for more information on the auction items and how to bid.)
7:05-10:00 PM - Awards Banquet (Special Guest: Ed Hassinger, Director, Missouri Department of Transportation)

Registration Fee for Meeting: $240.00 (if you register by Feb. 18) - $280.00 (if you register after Feb. 18)
Registration Fee for Reception/Banquet: $200.00 (if you register by Feb. 18) - $240.00 (if you register after Feb. 18)

DRESS CODE & CANCELLATION POLICY:
DRESS CODE: Dress code for the business meetings is business casual. The dress code for the reception and banquet is evening banquet attire.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds will be given if cancellation is made by February 24, 2026.
