We have multiple events throughout the year that members and non-members can sponsor or exhibit at throughout the year. We also have speaking opportunities available at certain meetings.  Below is a list of the events with these opportunities.

• ACEC Midwest States Conference on June 12-14, 2024, in Kansas City, MO. This is a joint conference with ACEC Missouri, ACEC Kansas and ACEC Oklahoma. Click here for details on sponsorship options as well as the conference agenda. We do have exhibitors at this meeting.
• 3rd Annual ACECMO/PAC Golf Tournament on May 6, 2024, in Sunrise Beach, MO. This tournament will be held at The Club at Porto Cima. 
• ACEC/MO Summer Meeting on August 21-23, 2024, in Osage Beach, MO. This is our first meeting of the new fiscal year. We have committee meetings, speakers, an event at a local winery, entertainment, and lots of networking.
• ACEC/MO Fall Meeting & 3rd Annual Sporting Clays Tournament on November 7-8, 2024, in Columbia, MO. During this meeting, we start off with our sporting clays tournament and then have committee meetings, dinner with entertainment, great speakers, and networking.
• ACEC/MO Winter Meeting & Awards Banquet in St. Louis - date to be determined.  This meeting includes our annual awards banquet for Engineering Excellence Awards. We also have excellent speakers, committee meetings, and networking. We do have exhibitors at this meeting.
